Kabina Driver Crane

Crane driver room or cabin is fitted under the main beam of an overhead crane or gantry crane, which is a place for crane operator to control the crane with a seat and console in it. The working environment temperature of this crane driver room cabin is -25 ℃ ~40 ℃ . And it can be used at workshops, warehouses, material yards, cargo yards, power stations, ports, shipyards, etc. or with special requirements such as high temperature or low temperature and dust hazards. The cabin top load capacity is> 2.5KN/m2.

Cechy:

1. The cab adopts a fully enclosed sandwich structure, the outer wall is made of cold-rolled thin steel plate with a thickness ≥ 3mm, and the middle heat insulation layer is made of glass wool felt fireproof and heat insulation material with a capacity ≥ 16KG/M3.

2. The interior decoration board is made of insulating, anti-static and refractory materials. The floor is made of insulating non-slip material. The frames of doors and windows are made of aluminum alloy. The interior decoration color is harmonized, and the color is confirmed by the buyer.

3. There is enough space in the driver's cab, and the clearance is more than 2.1m for the driver to operate and maintain the equipment.

4. The front, side, and bottom of the cab are equipped with windows to ensure that the driver has a good view. The viewing angle is 270 degrees, and the loading and unloading operations can be clearly observed from the front, sides and bottom.

5. There are three-sided stainless steel safety fences; the bottom windows are equipped with protective grids; the side windows can be locked in three positions: closed, half-open and fully open.

6. The front and bottom are made of (laminated) safety glass, the thickness of the front glass ≥ 8mm, and the bottom ≥ 10mm. The glass can be replaced indoors. A glass-wiping platform is set up at an appropriate location, with safety facilities to prevent personnel from falling. It is convenient to clean all lower, front and side windows, so that cleaning the glass does not need to extend the cleaning tool.

7. In order to save space, the entrance and exit of the driver's cab are equipped with sliding doors with door locks or external sliding doors to ensure sound insulation, dustproof and heat preservation. There is a safe passage between the driver's cab and the main beam, so that the driver can safely climb to the main beam and easily enter the upper and lower passages of the crane.
